MEDICAL INSURANCE
Legendary Travel Ltd. strongly urges that all clients traveling inside of Canada carry medical coverage.

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS
A deposit of 25% of total tour cost per person is required at time of booking and the balance is payable in full not less than 30 days prior to tour departure. Cash or bank wire transfer payment is required if booking less than 7 business days prior to departure. All moneys paid to Legendary Travel Ltd. are non-refundable. (See CANCELLATION POLICY)

CANCELLATION POLICY
45 days prior to departure day - 100% refundable
21 days prior to departure day - 50% refundable
Less than 14 days prior to departure day - non-refundable

SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted on any of Legendary Travel Ltd. motor vehicles.

CHANGES
Due to the increasing costs of administration and communications, Legendary Travel Ltd. is forced to impose a fee of $25 per person
for any changes to the original booking after final payment has been made.

DOCUMENTATION
Non Canadian citizens must carry identification as proof of citizenship, such as a birth certificate or passport. Non Canadians should also contact their local immigration Department for details regarding entry into Canada. The customer shall obtain all necessary documents as relevant by Government Agencies, including passports, visa, health certificates, etc, at customers' expense, and such documentation must be valid for the duration of the trip. Should the customer fail to produce the necessary documentation at a time of request, the customer will be responsible for oneself if refused entry into Canada. Such refusal will be deemed as customer cancellation whilst enroute. No refunds are available for any unused portion of tour.

RESPONSIBILITY
Legendary Travel Ltd. acts only as agents for hotels, airlines, railroads, steamship companies or owners, or contractors providing accommodation, transportation or other services and all coupons, exchange orders, receipts, contracts, and tickets issued subject to any and all tariffs, terms and conditions under which any accommodations, transportation, or any services whatsoever are provided by such hotels, airlines, railroads, steamship companies or owners or contractors and issuance and acceptance of any such coupons, exchange orders, receipts, contracts and ticket shall be deemed to be consent of further conditions.

a) That neither Legendary Travel Ltd. nor its affiliate or subsidiary companies shall be or become, liable or responsible for any loss, injury or damage to personal property or otherwise, in connection with any accommodation, transportation, or other services, or resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, dangers incident to the sea, fire, breakdown of machinery or equipment, acts of Government or other authorities de jure or defacto, wars whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbance, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantine, customs regulations, delays caused beyond the company's control or for any loss or damage resulting from improper or insufficient passport visa, or other documents and that neither the nor any of its affiliated or subsidiary companies shall become or be liable or responsible for any additional expense or liabilities sustained or incurred as a result of any of the for going causes, and

b) That the coupons, exchange orders, tickets, and / or contracts in use by any hotel, airlines, railroad, steamship company, owner, or contractor, providing transportation, accommodation or other services shall constitute the sole contract between such hotels, airlines, railroads, steamship company, owner, or contractor and the purchaser of the tour and /or tour members and

c) That under no circumstances a refund in any form for any unused portion of the inclusive or non inclusive tour package is allowed by Legendary Travel Ltd.

d) Legendary Travel Ltd. reserves the right to cancel for any valid reason; any trip or tour up to seven days before departure date without liability on the part of Legendary Travel Ltd., Inc. or its agents.

All tours listed include all motorcoach transportation, accommodation, sightseeing tours, admissions, and attractions as specified in each itinerary, local hotel taxes where applicable. Legendary Travel Ltd. reserves the right to make, with or without notice any changes in transportation or hotel accommodations or schedule without liability to the customer.

NOT INCLUDED
All items of a personal nature including but not limited to gratuities to waiter, bell hops, tour guides, drivers, or any individual rendering a personal service.

BAGGAGE
On all tours, unless otherwise indicated, the maximum baggage allowance is one suitcase per person plus carry-on baggage.

Personal Liability
Please note that all travel into mountainous and wilderness regions contains a certain amount of risk. Legendary Travel Ltd. assumes no liability in the event of an accident or incident to its customers during all tours.
